All that’s required is a chair, a desk and a little space
to stand.

to seated versions.

Frequently asked questions

Booking and planification
How far in advance should we make reservations?

Please book at least three weeks in advance.
For specialized courses, plan three to six months ahead.

Booking in advance ensures better teacher availability and optimal preparation time.
Last-minute requests are possible but should be avoided.

Contracts and packages
How does your agreement work?

When you are ready to book, we will send you the terms and conditions by email.
Your confirmation is required for the booking to be effective.

Here’s how payments work:

  • For individual sessions or packages, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.

  • The balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the class.

  • For quarterly or annual contracts, the non-refundable deposit corresponds to the first month’s payment.

  • We accept payments by check or credit card.

  • Non-urgent cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • A fee of 50% of the session cost applies for any non-urgent rescheduling.

Classes and participation
We don’t know how many people will attend the classes.
What happens if we have more participants than expected?

An estimate of the number of participants is sufficient for us to organize your class in the best possible way. Your quote is based on the expected number of participants.

There are no additional costs for a few extra participants, but we will take group size into account for future bookings.

On-site classes
Do you provide mats or equipment for rent?

Currently, we only offer yoga mat rentals for indoor events in Toulouse.

If you are considering purchasing yoga mats, we can provide recommendations to help you choose the right product.

Virtual classes
Does everyone need to turn on their camera?

Turning on your camera is optional, not mandatory. It can help foster personal connections and allow your instructor to give personalized guidance if you wish.

You are free to keep your camera off if you prefer.
